SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

 BIBI ships using FEDEX / UPS. Which are outside of BIBI’s controllable service. The Carrier will Attempt 3 times for re-delivery but anything after will be returned to original shipper (will have to pay another shipping cost to get this redelivered). All international orders and orders totally more than $2,000 require a signature upon delivery. If you select USPS, you will not be able to file a claim for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Also International orders will not able to request for another package to ship, but only store credit might be provide to accommodate any issue with package. Please note that FEDEX / UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes. BIBI doesn’t offer PO box deliveries. We will ask you to provide actual address to ship when orders are placed with PO box address on it. BIBI will provide free delivery to local cargo services are within LA fashion district area. Which are provided on every Friday morning.

 

  1. Any Expedited orders needs to be placed 11:00 AM Pacific standard time to ship out on the same day. If you select an expedited shipping method on UPS will automatically change to FEDEX EXPRESS services due to UPS EXPRESS prices are very high with BIBI. We do not offer weekend deliveries. All packages will be counted and delivered with Business days.
  2. For international orders, BIBI is not liable to any Duties and Taxes, and any inspection delays may cause by the government etc. We strongly recommend you ship via UPS for international orders, as USPS tracking information stops upon leaving the US, while UPS tracking will follow your shipment from start to finish. Please note that we do not reimburse customs fees, conversion fees, or import fees charged by your home country or financial institution.
  3. You will not be able to modify items in your order once they have invoiced/shipped. Orders placed prior to the start date of any promotion(s) are not eligible to take advantage of said promotion(s). We reserve the right to cancel any new orders that are placed as duplicates in order to take advantage of a promotion if the original order was placed before the promotion start date, and to cancel any promotion due to system error and/or unforeseen circumstances.
  4. It is customer’s responsibility to request any cancellation for Preorder items prior to shipping. Any orders placed online are not subject to confirmation via phone or email, all orders placed are considered final, absolute no refunds shipping and handling fee. (including but not limited to all refused and unaccepted packages) Shortages and damages are not replaceable, Store credit will be provided would not be refunded. Phone call cancellation will not a considered as a cancel order. Any beyond reasonable/common problem might take up more time to solve.
